If you've forgotten your password or would like to change it, you can reset it yourself from your plan's sign-in page in just a few minutes. You'll use this password to sign in to the online dashboard for your Visa® Prepaid Card.
In this article, you'll learn how to reset your password, what your new password needs to include, and what to do if the reset email doesn't arrive.
Before you begin
- Find your plan's sign-in page. Each plan has its own sign-in page, and the reset starts there. You can find the link for your plan in ABLE Visa® Card - How to Log In Online.
- Signing in with card details? You don't have a password. If you are the Beneficiary and an Authorized Legal Representative (ALR) or Authorized Individual manages your Card for you, you sign in with the last 4 digits of your card number, the last 4 digits of your Social Security number, and your full date of birth. There's no password to reset.
How to reset your password
- Go to the sign-in page for your plan.
- Click the Forgot password? link.
- Enter the email address on file for your account. This is the same email address you used when you ordered the Card.
-
Click Send password reset email.
- Check your email. A message from mailer@truelinkfinancial.com with a password reset link typically arrives within a few minutes.
- Click the link in the email, then enter and confirm your new password.
Password requirements
Your new password must include:
- At least 8 characters
- At least 1 number (123), 1 letter (ABC), and 1 special character (!@#)
If the password doesn't meet these requirements, you'll see an error on the page and can try again.
Please be aware
- The reset link expires after one hour. If you don't open it in time, request a new link from the sign-in page. If you see an error that says "Token is invalid," the link has expired.
- Use the most recent email. If you request a reset more than once, only the link in the newest email will work. Earlier links stop working, so look for the most recent message in your inbox.
- You may be asked for a verification code. If two-step verification is turned on, we'll send you a one-time code by email or by text message to the mobile number on your account when you sign in. A landline can't receive the code. See How to Enable Two-step Verification.
Not receiving a password reset email?
- Check your spam, junk, or bulk mail folders for a message from mailer@truelinkfinancial.com.
- Make sure you entered your email address correctly on the Forgot password? page.
- If your email address has changed, see How to Update Your Email Address.
If the reset link still isn't working and you can't sign in, please email our Customer Support team and include:
- The email address you're trying to sign in with
- What happens when you try to reset your password
- If possible, a screenshot of the error or issue
