The email address on your account is the one you use to sign in to the online dashboard for your Visa® Prepaid Card, and it's where we send password reset links and account emails. If your email address has changed, we're happy to update it for you.
In this article, you'll learn how to ask our Customer Support team to update your email address and what changes once the update is complete.
How to request an email address update
Email address changes are made by our Customer Support team. You can reach us in one of two ways:
Option 1 – Live chat
Sign in to your dashboard and start a live chat with our team. Let us know the new email address you'd like to use, and we'll work to update your account as soon as possible.
Option 2 – Email
Send us an email that includes the new email address you'd like to use. Use the address for your plan:
- STABLE Account: card@stableaccount.com
- All other ABLE accounts: ablecard@truelinkfinancial.com
- 529 Savings Plan accounts: 529card@truelinkfinancial.com
Please send your request from the email address you currently use to sign in. This helps us confirm the request is coming from you and keeps your account secure.
Please be aware
- Your old email address stops working for sign-in. Once the update is complete, you'll sign in with your new email address. Your password stays the same.
- Send future emails from your new address. After the update, any requests you send our team by email will need to come from your new email address.
- This doesn't change your email address with Vestwell. Your Card dashboard and your savings account are managed separately. To update the email address on your savings account, please contact Vestwell (click College Savings (529) or ABLE at the top of the page to find your plan).
- Beneficiaries who sign in with card details don't need an email address. If an Authorized Legal Representative (ALR) or Authorized Individual manages your Card and you sign in with your card details, there's no email address to update for your sign-in.
