ABLE Visa® Prepaid Card customers with an iPhone or Android smartphone can access their Card account via the True Link Financial mobile app.
Administrators can use the True Link mobile app on the go to take the following actions on their ABLE Card account:
- View a Card’s available balance
- Manage the Card’s spending settings
- Review all transactions within the last 90 days.
To download our mobile app, please use the links below depending on which type of smartphone you have. From there, you will be prompted to download our mobile app.

Tip: If you are an Android user, and want to prevent the True Link website from re-directing to the mobile app after download, please follow these steps. In your Android's settings:
- Go to "Apps"
- Find the "True Link" app and click it
- Click "Set as default"
- Make sure "Open supported links" is turned off
