Vestwell State Savings, LLC, dba Sumday Administration, is the plan manager for your ABLE or 529 savings account and provides the online platform you use to manage that account. True Link is the financial services provider that powers your Visa® Prepaid Card, which you use to spend money withdrawn from your savings account.
In this article, you'll learn what Vestwell handles, what True Link handles, and where to find the website for your plan.
Vestwell or True Link: who to contact
Vestwell manages your savings account. Contact Vestwell for questions about:
- Your savings account balance, investments, and account statements
- Withdrawals from your savings account to the Card, including the status of a withdrawal you've scheduled
- Changes to the people listed on your savings account, such as the Authorized Legal Representative (ALR) (see How do I change the Authorized Legal Representative (ALR) for my account?)
To reach Vestwell, visit the Vestwell contact page and click College Savings (529) or ABLE at the top of the page to find your plan.
True Link supports your Visa Prepaid Card. Contact our Customer Support team for questions about:
- The Card's balance and transactions
- Spending Settings and Alerts
- Card orders, activation, replacements, and PINs
- Signing in to the Card's online dashboard or the True Link mobile app
Please note that our team can't see withdrawals scheduled on the Vestwell platform until they arrive on the Card. For more on how money reaches the Card, see Transferring Funds to the Card.
