Due to account policy, only CalABLE and PA ABLE Visa® Prepaid Cards can be used to withdraw cash. Cards for all other ABLE plans and for 529 Savings Plans can't be used to withdraw cash, but they can still be used to make purchases, subject to the Card's Spending Settings.
If you do not have a CalABLE or PA ABLE Card and you need to make a purchase that can only be paid in cash, you may wish to withdraw funds from your investment account managed by Vestwell to your bank account instead.
